Here's a quickie for you to try:

Roughly chopped basil
Firm but mild goat's cheese
Cucumber
Avocado
(optional walnuts)
Dressing
Avocado oil
Olive Oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
Lime Juice
a pinch of Himalayan salt
Use fresh, locally grown and organic produce where possible. Your body can do without pesticides and the fresher the produce the more nutrient dense it is. Think simple, and make it beautiful.
