Male Fertility

Did you know that in over half of infertility cases, a male factor is involved, either as a primary problem or in combination with a problem in the female partner? I have found women quick to blame themselves on the infertility journey. However, a male's health is paramount, as his sperm can determine the health and longevity of a pregnancy. Fragile sperm is nourished by key nutrients such as essential fatty acids and minerals, but is also greatly influenced by poor diet and stress. 65% of miscarriages can be the result of poor sperm health, a powerful statistic in the assessment of infertility.
